TOPIC: General and Röda Lacket Tobacco cuts

General and Röda Lacket Tobacco cuts 9 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 10
Hello again! One of our forum patrons currently residing in Germany purchased General and Röda Lacket Tobacco cuts. They look really interesting and I was wondering if there will be any means for people outside of Germany (Namely United States) to purchase Tobacco Cuts? I would love to try them out but there doesn't seem to be a way for me to buy them online. There is also very little information around about them. Any information about the manufacturing process and nicotine levels would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!

Hi N-K,

The tobacco cut product is a very small scale test product that is produced in extremely small volumes. Today they are only available in Germany, Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Unfortunatly they are nowhere to be found in the ordinary supply chain today which explanes why they aren't offered at the many online retailers. If this product is evaluated to have a market potential we might be able to make it available online but at the moment unfortunately we can't make that happen.

Neither of us have actually tried it ourselves but from what we have been told it is the same product as Piccanell though it comes in larger bits.

The tobacco in Tobacco Bits are purchased according to the same standards as the tobacco that we use for our snus. Though the TSNA level is around 3,4 PPM while our snus have levels between 0,5 and 1 PPM.

Hope it answers your question despite that we couldn't answer you on how to purchase them.
