Feck Great Post! This should be put in a new topic or something so it doesn't get lost in the noise.

Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.

A new topic in this area and a sticky at that!

That was a golden post in my book.

My only change to Feck's post is that neither Larry or I will allow bashing of other sites here. Complaints about other stores is one thing. Saying "john's forum/blog sucks because..." is out of bounds.

Well that and Feck and Rick are both poo-poo heads.

Hi all, I followed Chad here and so far love the look/feel of this forum. I have been using snus for 13 months. Right now my favorite is Thunder Frosted, I have tried lots of different brands and flavors, thanks to Chad and his reviews(not to mention all the snus he passed out to many of us Noobs a few months back)!

I keep GR2 in rotation now as well as some Ettan. I also enjoy some nasal snuff on occasion. I was never a smoker, I came to snus by accident and now I am just in love with the hobby of it.

It is nice to be here. I hope to get to know all you good folks!

Welcome to Snus Central Christi.

Thank you for your kind words. I so wanted you to know. I love this mixed up linked world we live in. Once a friend, always a friend. Was wonderful to be reminded that I won't ever lose you.

So again, welcome. I hope you find some happiness and comfort here.

Awwe, thanks for your kind words too. I love to wake up to a loving spoonful of happiness!

Hello everyone..just checking out the site. I just love reading forums all about snus!!! Short story of me - I traded cigs in 2 years ago for snus and haven't looked back. I'm sure I'll be 'seeing' many of you around here or there...

Re: Introductions 1 Year, 5 Months ago Karma: 0
Hi,

I got to Swedish snus via E Cigarettes. My GF talked me into trying a PV (personal vaporizer as in E Cig) about 13 months ago. After a bad purchase the first try, I got something that worked and it got me down to a half dozen real cigarettes from my 2-3 pack a day, 43 year habit.

I really didn't start out trying to quit smoking when this all started, but a couple months into it, that became my goal. After about six months, I noticed my cig intake increasing and use of the PV waning. Started to seem like a repeat of the dozens of quit efforts I'd had in the past.

I'm active in the e-cigarette-forum and started asking questions. That led me to Ss. I had a real bad opinion of smokeless tobacco brought on by the disinformation provided by our government and "health" organizations.

However, this time I had the internet and the ability to research. Seven and a half months ago I got my first can of SNUS (Camel, while waiting on my order from Sweden). That coincided with my last puff on a cigarette. Once I got my variety pack of different Swedish snus products, I was finally content.

I still use my PV to some extent, but normally in social settings where the hand to mouth thing still lingers. I won't mention any favorites, because I have quite a few. With PACT approaching, I stocked up about 200 cans so my freezer shares space between meat and cans.

I've settled into a pattern where I'll have four or five cans open at any one time. I'll have a carry can that I put two or three portions from opened cans all together so I'm carrying about a dozen portions with me. The flavors sort of intermingle with the original snus flavor being predominant.

I'm so happy to find Ss and sites like this one where you can get other people's opinions and share insights. With the anti-anything tobacco nazis, you need to keep aware of what's going on in the political arena.
