If you're anything like me,.. the more I drank, the more cigs I needed. It's a vicious circle.

I'm real glad I wasn't drinking when I switched to snus, I'd never have quit. Cigs that is.

dont drink tooo ofeten since highschool, but when i do it tends to be in excess. that doesnt exactly agree with my expensive taste. lol.

Yeah it sucks killing a $100 bottle of Scotch in one drunken night. When I'm drinking for drunk, I always use Stoli. Mixes with anything and 30 bucks will last all night.

haha, i know exactly what you mean, since my favorite is johny blue. my favorite beer is rogue hefeweizen. i recomend tryin to find it. its amazing.

Actually that's is a lot of why I quit drinking, heavily. ( I quit totally for almost 10 years, now I have a bit now and then. I've had less than a 6 pack of beer and 1/2 a fifth in the last 3 years.)
Anyway, I woke up one morning wrapped around the porcelain god, realizing that I just chucked a $500 paycheck into the shiny whiteness. I quit that morning. It was a WILD night though..... What I remember of it.

Yeah, I quit drinking three years ago myself. Me and alcohol= not a good combo.

As for double barreling...I now try to stay away from the stronger portions and double barreling now. I honestly want to get off this stuff too but find it harder to quit than cigarettes.

Nicotine in any form boosts metabolic rate, and is an appetite suppressant. Do what ya need to do, to stay off cigs or american dip. Swedish snus is a cleaner oral product and could delay the onset of any oral nasties. Good luck and welcome.

ive found that snus in general makes me feal alot better than the smokes ever did. i dont know if that helped, but i deffinately prefer it.
