good to hear Sean, just remember to limit the amount of Ekstra Sterk, or Sterk snus you use right before bed, lol...but the dreams that manifest are fantastic and very vivid. Everyone is different, so just do what the rest of us have done...experiment! lol, have fun

I'm glad i read through this thread! I thought I was the only sleep snuser in the world. I don't do it all the time any more cause my wife chased me around the house one day after I "droosed" on my pillow.

I just love it because I love the taste of snus and being able to lay in bed and enjoy it.

I will fall asleep with a portion in my mouth from time to time, but almost always, I wake up in the middle of the night with horrible cotton mouth and spit the portion out, get up and get a drink of water because my tongue is pasted to the roof of my mouth. Wow...what a run on sentence, lol

I've rather gotten used to sleeping with a snus in.

For some reason, I still have that "must have nicotine" before bed thing, left over from my smoking habit. It hasn't gone away. Usually, I take a sleeping pill (can't sleep without one) an hour before bed, and pop a snus in, and most of the time I fall asleep with one in.

My sleeping pills give me weird enough dreams as it is, and snus gives me weird dreams too, but the two combined, it's NUTS.

I can't seem to sleep without either. I'm an insomniac, hence the sleeping pills, and I like snus, hence the last minute snusing. Weird? Maybe. But I sleep better now than I used to.

Usually, I use a mint right before bed, mostly Offroad Frosted, though sometimes it's the occasional General Mint. So when I wake up later and take it out, no weird taste or anything.

Dunno if anyone ever fell asleep with a Camel "SNUS" in, but when I first started snusing, that was the WORST taste EVER to wake up to. But Swedish Snus....ah....nice.

that's one of the things I love most about snus, is that I can use a tobacco product and it not stain my teeth. Since I picked up snus early last year, my teeth have gone several shades whiter, so much in fact that my dentist (who knew I was a smoker) said he could notice I "quit tobacco". When I told him i used snus, which he wasn't familar with, he was impressed that there was an oral tobacco product that didn't hurt my teeth and they were noticibly whiter.

I can't sleep with snus in. I have done it twice and the resulting dreams are far too vivid and terrifying for me to do it anymore lol. I have bizarre scary dreams on a regular basis so the nicotine/dreams added on to that make my mind a three-ring zombie infested, demonic, maniacal, fast paced, adrenaline infused circus in hell (Soundtracked by Cradle of Filth). It's a shame too because I envy those that can sleepsnus regularly with enjoyable results, but at least it keeps me from getting those brown stains on my pillowcase ha ha ha.

Hah, same dreams I get, except I like those dreams. And I don't end up with brown stains on the pillowcase if I fall asleep with the portion in, the portion just magically 'disappears'

And I don't end up with brown stains on the pillowcase if I fall asleep with the portion in, the portion just magically 'disappears' Lol well I am a drooler XD It's an unfortunate truth. I also have a habit of rolling onto my chest and burying my face in the pillow. My wife and I still have no clue how I actually breathe like that lol. Both of them make for huge stains on the pillowcases, and underlying pillows.
