Thanks for the info but those numbers don't quite go together. Which is it? 10-20% or 37-49%? I think I'll stick with 30%.

I really didn't have any trouble falling asleep than I normally do when I started snusing. I only had trouble one time and that was last night when I decided to use a Oden's extra stark 2 hours before bed time wont be doing that again

Anyone have any comments?

I chain snus regulars. Hit the ES early in the day and mix in 11-13mg portions as needed. I'm coming off a @2 pack a day cig habit. I really don't notice sleep issues due to snus, directly. I did find after starting snus I love tea, and the caffeine seems to affect me a bit. Never liked tea before snus, now I have several boxes in the cabinet.

Tea... interesting. We've always been tea drinkers, albeit infrequent, around my house. But just the other day we were at the grocery and I'm loading up on tea. Like 8-10 boxes in the cart before my wife could turn, look at me like I had 3 heads and say what the eff are you doing?

I got the whole "Who are you and what have you done with my husband?" bit. For me tea was a total departure from the norm. After a few months she has accepted it. I'm addicted to Tazo and Stash.

30% might be right, I'm not sure, I figured that from a snus you're able to get out only less than half of the available nicotine, and from that you can actually absorb that 10% of the total amount of N..

Part of it must go to system by saliva through stomach.. That might explain the differnce,,

I love espressos and other strong coffee, but have learned to like more of he traditional teas. I just got to add some lemon juice in it to balance the PH, to not get burns..Green tea and Chai-type of teas are nice too..

I drink a lot of Stash tea, mainly the blacks. The Pomegranate Raspberry is good. Their plant is about 1/2 drive away from me. I've never stopped in there but from looking at their catalog prices they really do like their tea.
A lady at work gave me some Market Spice Huckleberry and Orange Spice thats pretty good. I'd like to try the passion fruit and black currant too.

If you guys get a chance try rooibos tea. It can be hard to find in the states. I know I've had trouble finding it.

I run a coffee shop, so already consume a decent amount of espresso/coffee, love my morning Roda Lacket & Latte combo. We've recently started making a gallon of sweet tea each day home (girlfriend is from the south) it's been perfect for trimming our budget down on the juice and other drinks we were buying for the kids. A $3.25 box of 48 Luzianne tea bags lasts us 2 weeks, and mmmmmmm sweet tea goes mighty nice with a wide variety of snus.

Personally I've found myself drinking a lot of water for the first time in my life with snus. Stranger still is that I haven't been drinking as much beer *gasp*. Weird that, I built a kegerator and have a keg of Ninkasi Oatmeal Stout that goes pretty well with snus, but for whatever reason I seem pretty content with my snus and some tea or water. Maybe it's just that the nicotine delivery of snus makes me so content I don't feel the need for alcohol? Dunno.

I've got a great Rooibos "Good Hope Vanilla" tea at work, I'll have to try it with some snus.

As for sleep, after making the mistake of having a Skruf Stark and too much sweet tea shortly before bed one night and having totally cracked out dreams, I've been a little more cautious about the strength and timing of my late evening snus. I still seem to be dreaming more actively than I used to, maybe due to a more steady nicotine flow in my bloodstream, but I've kept it from getting too bizarre most nights.

roda lacket also goes great with raspberry green tea, oh so does Gote Rape and claq qui. I'm big on the raspberry green tea...love it.

If I'm not drinking coffee (to the tune of 3-4 pots/day), then I'm drinking water or green tea. As for sleep...I'm against it. Affraid I'll miss something important..lol

Lol, seriously. I really only go in for a minimal amount of sleep. My days start at 5:30am and I never go to bed before 11:00pm, but I try to make the minimal sleep hours as uneventful as possible, and lots of nicotine before bed seems to trigger some sort of carnival in my subconscious.

LMAO @ carnival in my subconscious! Yeah I know the feeling. I don't sleep well, never have either. If I had my choice, I'd take 3 one hour naps spaced evenly over a 24hr period.
