I would assume not, it's just going to be a webcast since it's a committee meeting, this isn't something you're going to see on CSPAN or anything. The link goes up on March 30th as to where the webcast will be held, and perhaps a downloadable podcast or video will be made available after this.

That's illegal and against YouTube's rules.

Oh, My Bad did not know. why? If it is a webcast why can't you record it and post it. Not like it's a baseball game or something with copyrights.

You are supposed to own the copyright and content to everything you upload to YouTube. Its not enforced to the highest degree, but if you get busted uploading someone else's content you are done!

I wouldn't take the chance. There are always people out there trying to make an example of someone.

Sadly as a non-voting member. The voting member slots were all taken by anti-all-tobacco zealots. But a non-voting member with input is much preferred to no representation and no real input.

Are any of our other friends on this "committee" ? Like Brad Rodu? Anyone else on our side or close to our side? Or is it totally stacked with antis and big money guys?

Would it make sense for someone to draft a form letter ( we have several people here who are quite skilled with a pen)or a petition that we could send to Snus Central (and I suppose other forums) members to solicit support that would include personal experiences. Then bombard the decision makers.

I feel we all have a positive story to tell getting off cigs and migrating to a healthier life with Swedish Snus that needs to be heard.

I know with the company I work for, anytime legislature is up that could have an impact they have a massive campaign to send letters out to congress from all employees.

I know we hashed about lobbying but like everybody said that is big bucks.

Or am I just dreaming?
