Where to log complaints? 2 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 0
Sorry in advance if this is the wrong forum.

Good news: I got my thunder frosted long + today (3 rolls)

Bad news: I opened a can and only had 19 portions. I then opened a second can and it had 20, a third can and 19 again.

Anyone know the best way to log a complaint with V2? I tried to contact them a couple of months ago via their website and never heard from them. I thought they were supposed to be 24 portion cans.

I don't know a better way to contact them other than the website.

Were the cans sealed?

ya they were sealed. I opened it and it looked a little lite so I counted, thought I was crazy and counted again. It's only 4 or 5 portions but still adds up.

I would suggest what Mongoose said, and maybe shoot Larry a PM too. It is holiday (vacation) time in Scandanavia/Europe right now, so getting someone to respond right now may be a bit hard. Just be patient, V2 is a good company!

There have been some problems with the first couple of productions of Thunder long with the counting. The problem has been solved for some time ago.
So thoose you have must have been from the first runs.

But just write us an email on:

and we will take care of that.

Sorry but this is also a problem with the Thunder Frosted mini. I have gone through roughly 150 cans and they have all been in between 17 to 20 portions per can. I also emailed you guys about open cans throughout rolls and never received any kind of response. It is not that big of a deal but I just wanted to make sure you didn't think the problem was only with the Long + version.

Yes I have had this problem also with the minis and the long. I just bought a roll of the thunder frosted long and had the same problem. Had 18 portions in all cans.
